The VMJV is a joint venture between the management of the company and the stakeholders, which was founded in 2022. The predecessor of the VMJV was a company that had been operating with individual broker accounts since 2008, until the management decided to start this new venture. Management has over 25 years of trading experience on US stock exchanges. The investment strategies cover all areas of trading opportunities, from stocks and options to futures and bonds, investments are possible and made in all areas.
Our goal is to secure the purchasing power of those involved and to generate profits for them. Despite all profit orientation, it is very important to us to operate a risk management. Every trading decision is carefully considered and only implemented after all risk factors have been clarified. Our trading strategies pursue two starting points, capital preservation and profit. Of course, it is self-explanatory that not every strategy is characterized by success, but of course we always try to keep any losses within limits. The parties involved hold shares in VMJV and the total capital is invested in the US stock exchanges to the best of our knowledge and belief. The resulting profits are distributed quarterly as a dividend. There is no payout in the event of losses.
